Putting more trouble to the Pakistan team, their Twenty20 captain Shahid Afridi was banned for two Twenty20 internationals after being found guilty of ball-tampering during Pakistan's two-wicket loss to Australia in the ODI at the WACA. Not only the match against Australia, but Afridi will also miss the first Twenty20 against England in Abu Dhabi in February.

Poor Pakistan or great Australia! Pakistan bowlers did well to bowlout Australia for 127 runs in 18.4 overs. But Australian bowlers are upto the task and won the match for them by 2 runs. Shaun Tait was the pick of the bowlers. He gave only 13 runs in his 4 overs and took 3 wickets.
